Terms & Conditions — 5rrrr Platform Rules & Player Obligations

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "5rrrr", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 5rrrr platform and its operators, accessible at https://5rrrr.io.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 5rrrr platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the 5rrrr platform.
• "Platform" means the 5rrrr website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, tools, games, and features accessible at https://5rrrr.io.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance held within a Player's 5rrrr Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account as part of a 5rrrr promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means BDT deposited by the Player via a supported payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any conduct listed under Article 8 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the 5rrrr Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the operating time zone for all 5rrrr platform services and support.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 5rrrr Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 5rrrr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 5rrrr Platform and close your Account by contacting [email protected].

5rrrr reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. See Article 14 for the amendment procedure.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The 5rrrr Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 5rrrr will conduct age and identity verification checks at registration and at any subsequent point at its discretion. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds within it will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

You may only register and use the 5rrrr Platform if doing so does not violate the laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your place of residence. 5rrrr makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Players accessing 5rrrr from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active Account on the 5rrrr Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is a Prohibited Activity under Article 8 and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended, balances forfeited, and the Player permanently banned from the Platform.

3.4 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date throughout the lifetime of your Account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including a false name, date of birth, address, or payment method details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

4 Account Management

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5rrrr login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally conducted that activity.

4.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 5rrrr immediately by contacting [email protected]. 5rrrr will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your Account pending the outcome of that investigation. 5rrrr cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to adequately secure your credentials.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

5rrrr reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport), a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 5rrrr may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. 5rrrr reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining Account balance if lower) to inactive Accounts, after providing reasonable notice to the email address registered on the Account. Players wishing to reactivate an inactive Account should contact [email protected].

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

5rrrr currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 5rrrr does not accept cash deposits or transactions conducted via third-party intermediaries not listed above.

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your Account settings and may vary by payment method and Account verification status. 5rrrr reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to Account verification as described in Article 4.3. For fully verified Accounts, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days. 5rrrr reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification checks, fraud investigations, or review of compliance with these Terms. No interest is payable on withheld funds during any review period.

5.4 Currency & Conversion

All Account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are held and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 5rrrr does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion required to complete a deposit from a non-BDT source is the sole responsibility of the Player and any associated conversion fees will be borne by the Player.

5.5 Transaction Finality

All confirmed deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your 5rrrr Wallet. All confirmed bets and wagers are final once accepted by the Platform. Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the Player before they are processed, after which they become final.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers provided by 5rrrr are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible game lists. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings generated from Bonus Funds can be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement of ৳1,000 requires the Player to wager a total of ৳20,000 using those Bonus Funds before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Real Money Funds deposited alongside a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time (subject to verification).

6.3 Bonus Abuse

5rrrr employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotional offer multiple times via different Accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Detected bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of all bonus balances and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the Player's Account without notice. It is the Player's responsibility to check and meet wagering requirements within the specified period.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the 5rrrr Platform are subject to acceptance by 5rrrr. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number from the Platform. 5rrrr reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where the Platform suspects an error in odds, a technical fault, or any attempt to exploit system errors.

7.2 Errors in Odds or Payouts

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or with a payout that is clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed error, 5rrrr reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. No interest or compensation is payable in such circumstances. "Clearly erroneous" means odds that are materially inconsistent with the prevailing market at the time the bet was placed.

7.3 Casino Game Rules

The rules governing each individual casino game available on the 5rrrr Platform — including live casino tables (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live), slots (NetEnt, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe), table games, and instant-win products — are determined by the respective game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game rules and the game provider's server-side rules, the game provider's server-side rules will prevail.

7.4 Disconnection Policy

5rrrr is not responsible for any losses, incomplete bets, or interrupted game rounds caused by internet connectivity issues on the Player's side. If a technical fault on 5rrrr's servers causes a game round to be interrupted, the affected round will be settled according to the game provider's disconnection policy, and the outcome will be treated as the final result. 8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5rrrr Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the 5rrrr Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with casino games, or conduct any activity on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting across multiple accounts, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulent payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transaction that is illegal under applicable law through the 5rrrr Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 5rrrr staff or other Players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 5rrrr Platform — including but not limited to the 5rrrr brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 5rrrr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 5rrrr.

Game content provided by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used by 5rrrr under valid commercial licence agreements.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5rrrr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Technical faults, system downtime, or interruptions to Platform availability.

• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Reliance on any information displayed on the Platform that contains a technical error or data feed inaccuracy.

5rrrr's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 5rrrr's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy & Data

5rrrr collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://5rrrr.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5rrrr uses your personal data to operate your Account, process transactions, conduct identity verification, comply with legal obligations, detect fraud, and communicate with you regarding your Account, promotions, and Platform updates. 5rrrr does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Responsible Gaming

5rrrr is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides all registered Players with access to the following tools at no charge, available in Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum loss thresholds.

13 Account Closure & Termination

13.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your 5rrrr Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 5rrrr will process any eligible pending withdrawals and return your Real Money Funds balance to your verified payment method within five business days. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

13.2 Termination by 5rrrr

5rrrr reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in a Prohibited Activity, provided false registration information, or where continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 5rrrr. In cases of termination due to breach, 5rrrr may retain all funds held in the Account.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account for any reason, your licence to use the 5rrrr Platform is immediately revoked. All outstanding bets at the time of termination will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or betting rules. 5rrrr's rights and obligations regarding data retention following termination are set out in the Privacy Policy.

14 Amendments to These Terms

5rrrr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 5rrrr will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or minor clarifications that do not affect Player rights) may take effect immediately.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://5rrrr.io/terms-conditions. The date at the top of the Terms indicates when they were last updated. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

15 Governing Language & Disputes

15.1 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version is the legally binding version. Any translation of these Terms into another language is provided for convenience only and shall have no legal effect in the event of a conflict with the English version.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and 5rrrr arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact the 5rrrr support team at [email protected] with a detailed written description of the dispute. 5rrrr will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours (BST) and aim to resolve the matter within 14 days of acknowledgement.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days of initial notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitral tribunal's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

15.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be construed to give the maximum permissible effect to the original intent of these Terms.

15.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 5rrrr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 5rrrr with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the subject matter hereof.
